Make your next property inspection seamless with Property Inspector App, it’s free to download but you have the option of subscribing to a monthly or yearly service that allows you to use the app for unlimited properties. The mapping and photo features were a big bonus. What I love is snapping photos and writing the report on the property as I go from my iPad!
This app offers the great features of a Craigslist type of site combined with awesome imagery. Enter a zip code, price range and other desired features, and scroll through photos just like on Instagram. The usability on this app is amazing, plus the app is free! We are seeing more and more renters coming to our properties from this application.
This app is a great way to track your business for small to mid-size companies. It recently updated its technology to synch with iCloud. Rent Tracker now supports international currency, and can be used as a tool to generate 1099-MISC reports.
